Your Premier Destination for Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Services. All Under One Roof.
Treatment at Peak Performance is centered around you, the patient. We don’t believe in 5 minute appointment times week after week.
We aim to take an evidence based approach to care that addresses firstly your symptoms and presentation. From there, we perform a comprehensive movement assessment that aims to get to the bottom of why your pain/injury occurred in the first place.
About Dr. Trent Catlett, DC, CSCS
Growing up in the Midwest on a farm, I was exposed to an active, hard-working lifestyle from a very young age. By the time I was in middle school, you could most often find me on the wrestling mat or on the baseball field. It was also around this time that I started to fall in love with fitness/nutrition as a means to improve my performance and overall health.
Throughout my playing time I experienced many recurring injuries that ultimately led to my playing career being cut short. From this experience, though, I gained a desire to learn how the body moves and functions with the ultimate goal of helping people to prevent injuries or guide those who are dealing with current injuries through the process.
This desire led me down the path of attaining my degree in Kinesiology from Western Illinois University. Shortly after earning my Bachelor’s Degree, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and began coaching and personal training. I then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA where I received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me at the gym, traveling the country, hiking the Coachella Valley, or volunteering in the local community.
