Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic manipulation (AKA adjustments) provides input into the nervous system that can help restore motion to the joint that we are trying to influence. This may also provide an analgesic (pain relief) effect and is often used as one of the staples early in our treatment plans when addressing musculoskeletal conditions.
Pin and Stretch Technique
Targeted soft tissue technique where pressure is applied to a muscle (“pin”) while it’s gently lengthened (“stretch”). This helps release tension, break up adhesions, and improve flexibility and movement.
Semi Private Group Training
We offer semi private training sessions in the morning 5 days a week, M-F. These are small (4 people per class maximum), personalized sessions that focus on functional movements and injury prevention. Whether you're a college athlete, weekend warrior, or someone who just wants to be able to move well in their 80's and 90's (or even 100's!), we can help ensure those goals are met! Contact our office today to inquire about these classes!
Extremity Adjustments
Similarly to chiropractic manipulation of the spine, we will use manipulation of the extremities (hands, wrist, elbow, feet, etc) in our musculoskeletal care if deemed appopriate for your condition. We want to ensure that everything along the kinetic chain is experiencing ideal movement, and this is a great tool to help us restore motion to a joint.
Cupping
Gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, increasing blood flow, reducing muscle tension, and promoting recovery. It helps relieve pain, improve mobility, and support overall relaxation.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic sound waves to stimulate the body's natural healing response in damaged tendons, muscles, and connective tissue. By increasing blood flow and promoting collagen production, it effectively relieves chronic pain — making it a proven option for conditions like plantar fasciitis, where it targets heel inflammation, and tennis or golfer's elbow, where it breaks down scar tissue and reduces tendon pain at the elbow.

Muscle Scraping (IASTM)
This is the use of a specialized tool to glide over the skin, targeting tight or scarred areas. This helps break down adhesions, boost circulation, and promote faster muscle recovery and mobility.
